Noah Keats Seattle

I am a seasoned financial services executive with nearly two decades of experience across private wealth management, equity trading, and management consulting.

Currently, I serve as Managing Partner at Interlaken Advisors, a privately held consultancy advising clients on complex business transactions and challenges.

Additionally, I manage a private investment portfolio focused on an equity arbitrage strategy launched in Q4 2019. Since inception, the strategy has generated over 400% cumulative returns, with positive results in 86% of months and no losing calendar years—including during the 2020 COVID shock and the 2022 bear market. Performance has been driven by genuine market-neutral arbitrage rather than directional beta, evidenced by a 35× profit factor, 5.2× payoff ratio (average win/average loss), loss-impact below 3% of lifetime gains, and a maximum monthly drawdown of –1.3 index points on an index-scaled curve (0–100).

In the private markets, I was an early seed investor in GENEXA, whose post-money valuation has since appreciated by more than 6,200%.

My professional approach combines deep market insight, disciplined risk management, and a commitment to generating sustained, asymmetric returns across both public and private markets.

Outside of finance, I enjoy spending time with my family, playing chess, and studying new languages. I am also co-authoring a forthcoming book that examines abuse within the therapeutic industry. The work centers on two Seattle King County Superior Court cases, while also drawing from others, with the goal of giving voice to survivors of therapeutic abuse and violation.
